The Department of Justice (DOJ) is soliciting responses from qualified vendors to operate an on-site food service facility under the contractor’s business name. The selected contractor will be responsible for the full operation of the cafeteria, including the sale of food, non-alcoholic beverages, and other items authorized by the Government.

The contractor will retain all sales revenue generated from cafeteria operations. Revenue is intended to cover operating costs and provide the potential for profit. To support continuity of service, the Government will provide a stipend of up to $2,000 per month to offset potential operational losses.

This requirement is being solicited as a Request for Statements of Qualifications (RSQ) and is not a priced procurement. Pricing will not be evaluated as a separate proposal volume.
