Description

The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Maritime Portsmouth Naval Shipyard is issuing this Sources Sought and Request for Information (RFI) as a means of conducting Market Research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support a requirement for various items and quantities of Radiation Health Equipment.

The item is a LYNX-II DIGITAL SIGNAL ANALYZER, which interfaces with Mirion Technologies proprietary software (Genie, Genie ProCount, Apex-Gamma, and Apex-Invivo) utilized by NNSY to run HPGe, FastScan, and Accuscan equipment for analysis of samples, items, and personnel.

The item is a GERMANIUM -GC4018 DETECTOR, which interfaces with Mirion Technologies proprietary software (Genie, Genie ProCount, Apex-Gamma, and Apex-Invivo) utilized by NNSY to run HPGe, and Accuscan equipment for analysis of samples, items, and personnel.



Mirion Technologies (Canberra), Inc.is the only known approved material source of supply at this time.



The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 334516. Delivery location: Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth, VA 23709-5000.

The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding the capability and availability of qualified businesses that are interested in and have the available resources to support the execution of this potential requirement.
