Project Description: The Municipality of Norristown’s Department of Planning and Municipal Development is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to lead the development of a cohesive Wayfinding Signage and Gateway Improvements Master Plan and Implementation Study. The Municipality of Norristown is requesting a comprehensive Wayfinding Signage and Gateway Improvements Master Plan that reduces sign clutter, unifies design, and establishes a bold, functional system reflecting the borough’s identity while improving navigation and connections to key destinations.
The Request for Proposals (RFP) detailing the scope of services is available upon request or on www.norristown.org. The proposals are due no later than 3 P.M., Monday, September 8th, 2025.
