Project Description: The Municipality of Norristown’s Department of Planning and Municipal Development is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to lead the development of a comprehensive Municipal Parks Master Plan. The Municipality of Norristown is requesting a Parks Master Plan that will guide the long-term growth, enhancement, and management of its diverse park system to meet evolving community needs and support revitalization efforts.
The Request for Proposals (RFP) detailing the scope of services is available upon request or on www.norristown.org. The proposals are due no later than 3 P.M., Monday, September 8th, 2025
