The Architect of the Capitol (AOC), Supplies and Services Branch (SSB) is issuing this Request for Quote (RFQ) # AOCSSB25Q0028 for Preventive Maintenance and Emergency Services of the 750 kW Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) and Associated Equipment in the James Madison Memorial Building (JMMB).
The Contractor shall provide all necessary materials, equipment, tools and labor to perform preventive maintenance and emergency service (as needed basis particularly in the event of an unexpected power shutdown) on all UPS equipment and provide maintenance or service report and recommendations. The Contractor shall be able to demonstrate to the AOC that the equipment listed in this document are fully operational and functional as originally designed within the entire period of performance.

The request must include company name, requestor name and title, and bidder status (prime contractor, subcontractor, supplier, etc.) Architect of the Capitol (AOC) employees, contractors and subcontractors are required to follow the Security of Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) policy as established in AOC Order 42-4 Security of Controlled Unclassified Information. Dissemination of CUI beyond those authorized to receive the CUI is in violation of AOC Order 42-4.
