Synopsis
This Invitation for Bid seeks bids from qualified suppliers to provide Mobile and Handheld Radios in accordance with the requirements and specifications stated herein. The contract period will be from July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026, with four (4) additional one-year renewal option periods or any portion thereof. MoDOT will receive proposals electronically through MissouriBUYS, via mail, UPS, or FEDEX. It is required to contact the buyer of record via e-mail at Nanci.Grannemann@modot.mo.gov at least five (5) business days before the end date if you intend to submit a hard copy proposal.
