The Texas A&M University System (“A&M System”) is soliciting proposals on behalf of Texas A&M University (“TAMU”) for selection of a real estate developer (also referred to as “Developer” or “RESPONDENT”) to either enter into a real property ground lease for the development of A&M System property on the TAMU campus in College Station, Texas with a lease back to the A&M System for TAMU’s use or a real property lease of Developer-owned or controlled property within the downtown Bryan, Texas arts community.
