NOTICE
Bids for the above project will be received by Sauk County until the bid deadline. Bids shall be submitted in person or by mail to the office of the owner at S7995 White Mound Drive, Hillpoint, WI 53937.

Bid opening for this project will be conducted at the office of the owner on the day of the bid deadline.

A single prime bid will be received for the work.

SUMMARY PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Construction of a new maintenance building and related site work. The building is approximately 5,000 s.f. with a garage area, break room, restroom and office and storage mezzanine.

PRE BID SITE VISIT
October 30, 2025, 1:00 PM. Meet at the project site, west of the existing Maintenance building.

BID DUE DATE
November 18, 2025, before 2 PM local time.

BID OPENING
Same day, 2:00 PM local time at the office of the Owner, S7995 White Mound Drive, Hillpoint, WI.

DESIRED CONSTRUCTION START
Winter 2025/Spring 2026.

DESIRED FINAL COMPLETION DATE
September 30, 2026.

BID SECURITY
Bids shall be accompanied by a security deposit as follows:

Bid Bond ​of a sum no less than 5 percent of the Bid Amount​ ​on AIA A310 Bid Bond Form​.

Bid and bid security may not be withdrawn for a period of 45 days after the Bid Deadline.

Bid Security will be retained if the Bidder is awarded the Work and fails to execute the Agreement and furnish 100% Performance and Payment Bonds.

QUALIFICATIONS
If requested, the apparent low bidder will be required to submit evidence of qualifications to the Owner prior to award of the contract.
