Project Description: To satisfy HCTRA's core values of Resiliency and Sustainability, the Sam Houston Northeast Signing and Pavement Marking project will replace all signing and pavement markings just south of US 90 to just west of IH-69N. The work consists of signing and pavement marking layouts, large guide signs, small guide signs, regulatory and warning signs, summary of large signs, summary of small signs, overhead and ground mounted structures, guide sign details and elevations, and associated work.
