Solicitation Summary

1. The Maryland Health Benefit Exchange (MHBE) is issuing this Request for Quote (RFQ) to renew FedRAMP certified Amazon Web Services’ (AWS) Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS) and Software as a Service (SaaS) offering to meet its Information Technology requirements. The AWS platform will be used to create multiple environments for systems and applications development, integration, USER Acceptance Testing, training, staging, and production. MHBE intends to employ the use of Virtual Private Clouds (VPCs) to segregate various environments and apply security to protect the Personally Identifiable Information (PII) of users and consumers.
