MTS seeks bids for conducting an annual Ridership Survey and compiling results into an annual report. The survey will be developed in collaboration with MTS Marketing staff. Surveys must also be available in Spanish. Bid prices must fully incorporate all associated costs with developing, distributing, analyzing, and reporting on the survey.
