RFQ 2026015 - Construction Audit Services

The Monroe County School District (MCSD) is soliciting responses from qualified audit firms (“Respondents”) to submit qualifications in response to this Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”). The purpose of the RFQ is to identify audit firms that specialize in construction audits. The selected audit firm will develop an understanding of the contractual relationship between the Owner and Construction Manager through review of the Construction Management agreement, Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) amendment, and related contract records. The base contract term shall be for one (1) year, beginning on the effective date of the contract, with the option to renew for up to three (3) additional one (1) year renewal terms.
