Update July 2, 2025: Amendment 0002 is hereby issued to update FAR 52.212-5 to accurately reflect a full and open competition RESERVED for one small business concern.

Update July 2, 2025: Amendment 0001 is hereby issued to 1. remove the "total small-business set-aside" concern. This solicitation is now a full and open competition, RESERVED for one small business concern; 2. Provide responses to questions submitted by vendors (see attachment); and 3. Change the proposal response due date to no later than 3:00 P.M., Eastern Time, on July 18, 2025.

This is a request for proposal solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, in conjunction with the Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items in Subpart 13.5, and supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and an additional written solicitation will not be issued.

Proposals are required to be received in the contracting office no later than 3:00 P.M., Eastern Time on July 8, 2025.

All proposals must be emailed to the attention of Suzanna Espinoza, Contracting Officer at: suzanna.espinoza@noaa.gov and Cherron Bennett-Pettus, Contract Specialist at: cherron.bennett-pettus@noaa.gov. Questions on this solicitation must be submitted to Cherron Bennett-Pettus at cherro.bennett-pettus@noaa.gov and Suzanna Espinoza at suzanna.espinoza@noaa.gov, no later than 2:00 PM Eastern Time on June 25, 2025. Answers to any questions will be provided to all potential offerors via amendment to the solicitation.
