Brush Run Water Pollution Control Plant RAS Pump Controls Upgrade

Project Description: PETERS TOWNSHIP SANITARY AUTHORITY will receive sealed proposals online via PennBid for the BRUSH RUN WATER POLLUTION CONTROL PLANT RAS PUMP CONTROLS UPGRADE Project, in accordance with the Contract Documents. Sealed bids may be submitted and updated online via the PennBid Program until 2:00 PM on Thursday, July 3, 2025. Bids will be opened and read aloud shortly thereafter at the Authority office, 111 Bell Drive, McMurray, PA, 15317.
The Work includes all materials, labor, and equipment necessary for the construction of an upgrade of the Controls and Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) for the Return Activated Sludge (RAS) Pumps and replacement of one RAS submersible pump, and associated miscellaneous Work as shown on the drawings and as specified. The project site is located at the Authority’s Brush Run Water Pollution Control Plant, 111 West Valley Brook Road, McMurray, PA, 15317.

Each Bid shall be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond payable to PETERS TOWNSHIP SANITARY AUTHORITY in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid in accordance with the provisions in the Instructions to Bidders. Each Bid must be complete, and the right is reserved to reject any and all Bids and to accept any Bid deemed to be most favorable to the interests of PETERS TOWNSHIP SANITARY AUTHORITY.
A pre-bid meeting will be held at 2:00 PM on June 10, 2025, at the Brush Run Water Pollution Control Plant.
