Bid Type: Job Contract Locations: State-Wide Keywords: Environmental Conservation Bid Description: DEC is seeking proposals for a Solid Waste Franchise Fee Reviewer to conduct record reviews (including verbal in-person, by phone, and email) of commercial solid waste haulers and facilities operating in Vermont as well as certain out-of-state waste disposal facilities that take in Vermont waste, to facilitate the collection, compliance with, and remittance of the State solid waste franchise fees. The Franchise Fee Reviewer shall report franchise fee non-compliance to both DEC and the Vermont Department of Taxes and shall report hauler permitting non-compliance to DEC.
