DLA Canopy Completion

This project includes repair and replacement of the existing loading dock canopy roof and related accessories for finished watertight canopies on Buildings 1221, 1230, and 1250. Each loading dock canopy is approximately 17 feet wide and 1,026 feet long. The repairs shall include removal of the existing roof system including flashing, expansion joints, and pitch pockets, replacement of wet insulation, correction of ponding areas, replacement of damaged/incompatible flashing, roof curbs, expansion joints, blocking, joint sealant, and roof drains, and miscellaneous repairs necessary to provide a watertight roof system. Existing equipment, conduit, piping, cabling, and penetrations shall be properly supported and sealed. The new roof system shall be fully adhered thermoplastic polyvinyl chloride single ply membrane system.

Areas affected by repair will be in compliance with applicable ATFP, Fire Suppression, Seismic, Accessibility, ASHRAE, and LEEDs codes and standards as required upon completion of the project.
