2025 Shreiner Station Road Bridge Maintenance

Project Description: Sealed bids for the installation of concrete underpinning and rip rap to mitigate scour at the Shreiner Station Road Bridge will be received online via the PennBid Program (https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com) by Manheim Township, Lancaster, Pennsylvania until 10:00 A.M., Wednesday, July 23, 2025.
The bids will be publicly opened and read electronically, via PennBid’s website, at 10:00 A.M. (prevailing time), same date. Bid results will be available end of business day, same date.
Copies of Bidding Documents for 2025 Shreiner Station Road Bridge Maintenance are available online and at no cost via the PennBid Program at https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com.
NOTE: The Commissioners of Manheim Township have authorized C.S. Davidson, Inc., to act on their behalf by opening bids. Contracts will be awarded at a regularly scheduled meeting of Manheim Township.
A bid bond by acceptable surety or a certified check made payable to Manheim Township in the amount of 10% of the maximum bid must be provided by each bidder with their bid.
Each bidder must be prepared to submit evidence of his qualifications to perform the work.
Notice is hereby given to bidders that this project is not subject to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act approved August 15, 1961 (Act No. 442, P.L. 987), as amended.
The Contract Time for this project is forty-five (45) calendar days.
Manheim Township reserves the right to accept any bid or reject any or all bids.
