Bid Synopsis: The Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS) is seeking proposals for Fiscal Employer Agent (FEA) Services. The contracted FEA will process service authorizations, HR documentation, payroll, and vendor payments on behalf of Include, Respect, I Self-Direct (IRIS) participants. This procurement will be used to create a better and more consistent user experience, program integrity and data privacy improvements, cost benefits to the State, and more direct oversight and accountability with the contractor through Service Level Agreements.
