Salem Bible Church Road Culvert Replacement Project

Project Description: ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Sealed Bids for the Upper Milford Township Salem Bible Church Road Culvert Replacement Project will be received electronically via the PennBid Program by Upper Milford Township, until 12:00 p.m. local time on July 16, 2025. Bids will be received from PennBid and tabulated results will be available on PennBid after the bid opening.

A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 1:00 p.m. local time on June 25, 2025 at 5671 Chestnut St. Zionsville PA 18092. Attendance of the pre-bid conference is mandatory. Failure to attend pre-bid conference disqualifies prospective bidders and their bids will not be opened.
Bidders are required to bid on the total project. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check made payable to “Upper Milford Township” in the amount of 10% of the total bid. The successful bidder shall provide a performance bond or certified check to the municipality in the amount of 100% of the contract within 20 days after the contract is awarded. Bid security in the amount of 10% of the total bid shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
Upper Milford Township hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all bidders, to refuse and reject any or all bids submitted, and also reserves the right to waive any informality in bids received.
