Gorham Highway Garage Roof Replacement

All project inquiries are to be addressed with MRB Group, not the town.

In accordance with Section 103 of Article 5-A of the General Municipal Law, sealed Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the office of the Town of Gorham, located at 4736 South St., Gorham, NY 14461, until October 21, 2025, at 11:00 AM local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.

The Project includes the following Work:

The Work is generally described as: The project will include the complete removal of the existing EPDM roofing system, approximately 7,580 sf, partial insulation replacement, followed by installation of a new EPDM roofing system. The scope of work also includes removal and replacement of the building’s gutters and downspouts. This project will be performed under a single contract. General Construction shall include all scope of work.

Project has an expected duration of 75 days.
