In accordance with Tex. Gov. Code §2254 Chapter B, TexasDepartment of Transportation (TxDOT) would like to provide notice to vendors ofintent to execute an amendment to a previously awarded contract for consultantservices.

The Amendment will begin on August 12, 2025, and terminateon August 12, 2026. The Amendment willbe awarded to the incumbent vendor, Edgewood Partners Insurance Center, unlessa better offer is received. If offersare received, TxDOT will evaluate each offer in the manner prescribed in theoriginal solicitation for this contract.

To submit an offer, email a response, which includes astatement of qualifications, a proposal for completing the services, and aprice quotation to Kasey Feldman-Thomason at kasey.feldmanthomason@txdot.gov prior to the closing date listed above.
