Lead Water Service Line Identification

Project Description: The work to be performed consists of furnishing and installing the equipment, facilities, services, and appurtenances indicated in the Contract Documents. The Work generally includes, but is not limited to, the following: Identification of water service line material(s) at various locations within Salt Lake City Water Service Area. Salt Lake City Public Utilities Engineering anticipates awarding contracts to two (2) Bidder(s) pursuant to this solicitation; however, the Salt Lake City Public Utilities Engineering expressly reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to award a contract to a single (1) Bidder under this solicitation. Any award made under this solicitation shall be subject to and in full compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and procurement requirements, and nothing herein shall be construed as obligating the Salt Lake City Public Utilities Engineering to make any award.
Salt Lake City Public Utilities Engineering will make an award selection of this solicitation after July 1, 2026.
MANDATORY On-Site Pre-Bid Conference will be held on Monday, May 4th, 2026, at 3:00 P.M. at our West Campus location, at 1805 West 500 South, Salt Lake City, Utah 84104. Failure to attend the Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will result in the disqualification of the Bidder(s) submission as “Non-Responsive”.
