PHIL WELCH STRUCTURAL IMPROVEMENTS

BID # 25-007

Sealed bids will be received by the Purchasing Agent of the City of St. Joseph, Missouri, at the office of the Purchasing Agent on the second floor of City Hall, 1100 Frederick Ave., Room 201, St. Joseph, Missouri 64501 until 3:00 P.M., March 6, 2025, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud.

The work will generally consist of all work associated with the structural repairs to the grandstand at Phil Welch Stadium, with alternates.

There will be a mandatory prebid conference held at 10:30 AM on February 18, 2025, in the 4th floor conference room of City Hall, 1100 Frederick Avenue, St. Joseph, MO.

Complete Set of Bidding Documents will require a charge of $25.00.

Please pay close attention to State Prevailing Wage Determination and OSHA Safety Training requirement per R.S.Mo 292.675
