Purpose: The City of Liberty Hill, herein after “City”, seeks to enter into an agreement with a qualified Individual, Firm or Corporation, herein after “Respondent”, to provide Professional Services, herein “Services”, to prepare (1) a Citywide Mobility Plan and (2) a Roadway Impact Fee Study (Roadway Impact Fee Program). The Mobility Plan will be completed first and will inform the subsequent Roadway Impact Fee Study.
