RFQ: Downtown Rochester Minnesota Plan for Enhanced Public Realm Delivery

The City of Rochester and DMC are seeking a qualified professional firm or team (the “Subconsultant” or “Respondent”) to assist in developing a public realm plan. The Plan will provide a model for the public realm including streets and sidewalks, public and private spaces that contain infrastructure to support utilities, transportation, wayfinding and elements of comfort such as weather protection and seating.
