2025 Cleaning Services for Administration Building

The Dutchess County Water and Wastewater Authority (hereinafter referred to as “Authority”) will accept Bids for the 2025 Cleaning Services Agreement for their office facility located in Dutchess County at 1 LaGrange Ave., Poughkeepsie, NY, in accordance with the specifications and requirements contained in the Authority bid documents.

Bidders are advised that the services requested are subject to New York State Department of Labor Prevailing Wage Rate Requirements and as such bidders are required to submit certified payroll with each invoice.

OPTIONAL FACILITY SITE VISIT

All bidders desiring to respond to this solicitation are HIGHLY encouraged to attend an Optional Site Visit scheduled for Thursday, November 7, 2024, at 11:00 AM, at 1 LaGrange Ave., Poughkeepsie, NY.

It is the vendor’s responsibility to make sure they understand the entire Scope of Services and will comply with the Scope each week in its entirety.

BID TIME

Bids must be received by 1:00PM on Friday, November 15, 2024, by mail or hand delivery where they will be opened and read aloud. All Bids shall be sealed in an envelope distinctly marked “Bid for the 2025 Cleaning Services" and sent directly to the Authority office as follows:
