Description: Roswell Park is seeking proposals, in accordance with the criteria set forth in this Request For Service (each a “Proposal”), from qualified firms (each a “Respondent”). Respondents are advised to carefully review and consider the RFS requirements before submitting their proposal responses; all as further set forth in this RFS. The intent of this RFS is to contract with a secondary pharmaceutical distributor who is able to provide, but not limited to oral medications, oral suspensions, and other pharmaceutical medications to be determined on an "as needed" basis. Roswell Park is requesting respondents provide pricing on 16 specific medications provided in a Minimum Requirements BidTable. In addition, Roswell Park is requesting respondents to provide a full price file of additional medications that the respondent can supply to Roswell Park in an Excel workbook. This is a discretionary specialized goods and services procurement, with a total contract amount not to exceed $500,000. Due Date: 11/15/2024 2:00 PMContract Term: This is a discretionary specialized goods procurement. The initial term of this Agreement shall begin on the Effective Date and continue for an initial term of one year or until the Not-To-Exceed Amount is reached and services procurement, with a total contract amount not to exceed $500,000.
