Scope of Services
New Smyrna Beach Utilities is seeking proposals from qualified firms, licensed in the State of Florida to enter into a contractual agreement to provide water well assessment and rehabilitation services on an "as needed" basis. Award may be made to one or more firms, and no guaranteed quantity of work is offered. The awarded firm(s) shall furnish all services in accordance, with, but not limited to, the guidelines in the Scope of Work.
