Bid Submission Deadline & Contact Information Firms that are interested in providing the required goods and services to the City of Goldsboro Parks and Recreation department are invited to submit a proposal electronically on the project link of the City bidding website. Submission Deadline: June 18, 2026, by 2:00pm. This is NOT a public bid opening. Each firm is solely responsible for the timely delivery of its electronic proposal.
