Request for Quotes on Food Products and Supplies

The City of Chester's Summer Food Program is requesting quotes on food to prepare unitized meals for snacks, breakfast and lunch. EX: prepackaged sandwiches, 4 & 7 oz. fruit cups, individually wrapped muffins and pastries, snack bars and 1 oz cereal bowls, 8 oz whole, 1% or 2% variety favor milk, prepackaged apple slices, carrots and celery sticks, cheese sticks, yogurt, craisins/raisins, 4 and 6 oz. fruit juices, cutlery spork kits, napkins.

All quotes must be submitted by 5:00 pm on June 12, 2025, and deliveries will need to be made at least twice per week for a period of 8 weeks to the Agribusiness Center located at 111 Columbia Street, Chester, SC 29706. Estimated daily quantities for unitized meals will range from 150 -250 breakfasts (3 required components per meal) 650 - 700 lunches (4 or more components per meal) and 50 -100 snacks (2 required components per meal).
