Description
The Planning and Events Branch and various communications branches of CPE, are responsible for providing visual communications support at media events to assist in visually communicating government activities. CPE is responsible for providing visual communications support to Departments and help inform Albertans about government programs and policies.
To supplement its service delivery model, CPE is issuing this PQR to create a Standing Offer List of Pre-Qualified Contractors capable of delivering video and multi-media to support various projects of Purchasers. The Services provided by the Pre-Qualified Contractors will supplement and complement, as needed, those provided by CPE. The Services would include:
a) providing graphical materials, artwork, animations, video/streaming, video/audio clips or other multimedia products,
b) supporting the production of videos by assisting with the development of concepts, providing expert consultation, creative input, direction and guidance, provision and operation of all required equipment, editing and postproduction.
The following work is out of scope in this PQR:
a) communications/marketing/advertising strategy;
b) website design;
c) content writing; and
d) photography services.
