Sealed Bids will be accepted at the City of Waco’s Operations Center, 1415 N. 4th Street, Waco, TX until 2:00 P.M., NOW: Thursday, August 28, 2025. The City of Waco project will consist of Concrete Crack Sealing of 1.29 lane miles on various City streets in Districts 1 and 2.
