This solicitation is for the installation of 2 Average Speed systems at locations to be determined by WSDOT. These installations will serve as trials of the average speed method for automated speed enforcement within the State of Washington. These installations will include all necessary equipment, including camera systems, associated mounting and other hardware, and backoffice support systems and software for speeding event processing.
