The IIId Armored Corps, headquartered at Fort Hood, Texas, requires an independent, evidence-based assessment of its current suicide prevention and postvention systems, policies, and protocols. Fort Hood operates under a high-tempo operational cycle that includes Combat Training Center rotations, deployments, and redeployment phases. This contract will supplement organic capabilities with external professional expertise, enabling the installation to transition from a reactive crisis response posture to a proactive, system-wide prevention framework.
