Description

The Regional Procurement Support Office (RPSO) Frankfurt is issuing Solicitation No. 19GE5026Q0095 for design-build services to repair the fire-damaged Motor Pool Garage at the U.S. Embassy Seoul, Republic of Korea. The work includes architectural and engineering design, field verification, preparation of construction documents, demolition, roof and structural repairs, and installation or restoration of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, lighting, compressed-air, and related building systems. The Government intends to award a single firm-fixed-price contract.

The solicitation attachments will not be publicly posted on SAM.gov. Prospective quoters must request access by email from Contract Specialist Patticha Gruenbeck at GruenbeckP@state.gov. Requests may be submitted at any time before the quotation submission deadline.
