4.        Tenders are invited for the following:

a.        Pit Run Gravel (est. 300 cubic yards)        $__________ per cubic yard + HST

b.        Rip Rap (est. 15 cubic yards)                 $__________ per cubic yard + HST

c.        1” – 2” Clear Stone (est. 60 cubic yards)        $__________ per cubic yard + HST

d.        Sand for ice control (est. 100 cubic yards)         $__________ per cubic yard + HST

e.        Quarry mfg. Class “A” Gravel (est. 600 cubic yards) $_______ per cubic yard + HST

Tender prices for the various aggregate specified is to include delivery within the Town of Middleton boundaries. Material is to be delivered within one (1) week of request. Please provide a price for all the items listed.
