MAINTENANCE OF ASPHALT ROAD SURFACES

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE CITY OF FLAGER BEACH IS ISSUING THIS INVITATION TO SOLICIT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) FROM LICENSED AND INSURED CONTRACTORS FOR ON-CALL, PERIODIC MAINTENANCE OF CITY ROADWAYS AND OTHER SURFACES. RFPs WILL BE RECEIVED FOR A UNIT-PRICE-BASED CONTRACT AS INDICATED IN THIS SOLICITATION.

IT IS THE INTENT AND PURPOSE OF THE CITY OF FLAGER BEACH THAT THIS RFP PROMOTES COMPETITIVE SELECTION. IT IS THE CONTRACTOR’S RESPONSIBILITY TO ADVISE THE CITY PROJECT MANAGER IF ANY LANGUAGE, REQUIREMENTS, ETC., OR ANY COMBINATION THEREOF, INADVERTENTLY RESTRICTS OR LIMITS THE REQUIREMENTS STATED IN THIS INVITATION TO PROPOSAL.

All applicants must be properly licensed in the State of Florida and include proof of insurance, licenses, and certificates as required by all local, State of Florida, and Federal agencies.

Sealed RFP packages must be addressed to the attention of Penny Overstreet, City Clerk. They must be received on or before 2:00 pm FRIDAY MAY 9, 2025

No submissions will be accepted after this deadline.

Sealed RFP packages must have the project title and Project Number on outside of package. The City of Flagler Beach reserves the right to reject any and all RFP packages and to waive any informality in them, as may be in the best interest of the City.
