RFSO 24-2029 - Environmental Site Assessments for Various Sites in Calgary
The City is issuing this Request for Standing Offer (RFSO) for the purpose of retaining up to six (6) consulting firms to conduct environmental site assessments (ESA), including emergency and urgent response work, for various sites in Calgary.
The scope of services of the Consultant includes, but may not be limited to, the following anticipated requirements:
- Phase I ESAs and initial Phase II ESA;
- Delineation Phase II ESA;
- Groundwater Monitoring and Sampling;
- Risk Management Plan;
- Remedial Action Plan;
- Methane Assessment;
- Risk Assessment;
- Alberta Tier 2 Guideline Adjustment;
- Soil vapour monitoring;
- Site-Specific Risk Assessments (SSRAs);
- DNAPL Site Characterization;
- Contaminated Soil and Groundwater Management plan; and
- Urgent response work.
