Description

The United States Property Fiscal Office (USPFO) on behalf of the West Virginia Army National Guard (WVARNG) is requesting a quote for a bassoon musical instrument. This requirement is being requested lowest priced technically acceptable (LPTA) but shall meet or exceed the specifications in Section C of the RFQ. To be considered technically acceptable you must provide a quote that meets all specifications. Please provide a quote in accordance with your terms & conditions.
