NRHA is seeking bids from qualified contractors to provide all equipment, labor, materials, supplies, tools, transportation, etc. necessary to provide As Needed, Routine, and Emergent Maintenance and Repair Services for NRHA Residential and Commercial HVAC Units.Service will include diagnostic, repairs, and replacement of âlike kindâ (turnkey) equipment on an as needed, as ordered, basis for NRHA residential and commercial HVAC units. Contractors may also be required to provide preventative maintenance consulting and/or services.
