Project Description:
The scope of this project is the expansion of an existing technical college campus, including new construction, renovation, and site development. New construction will provide high-bay industrial training labs, classrooms, teaching labs, and additional support spaces. Site development will include parking walkways, utilities, and related improvements, with portions of the existing site demolished and reconfigured. Renovations will occur in the existing TCAT building, primarily within technical training labs and classroom spaces. Work will include the relocation of interior walls, modifications to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, installation of new finishes, and related improvements.
