Web-based Sponsorship Application System

A 1.PROJECT OVERVIEW:

This Request for Proposal (the “RFP”) seeks to procure a turn key Web-based Sponsorship Application system capable of accepting, housing, evaluating, tracking and responding to external sponsorship, scholarship, donation and internal and external volunteer requests. The successful proponent shall provide the application setup, data conversion, end-user and support staff training and application maintenance and support services for SIGA’s Central Office and casino locations.

SIGA’s Corporate Affairs department offers sponsorship, scholarship, volunteer and corporate relations programs, and receives numerous applications for sponsorships, scholarships, volunteer opportunities and donation merchandise/in kind. SIGA requires the services of a qualified firm that is capable of automating this process, reducing internal administration and able to ensure compliance of applicable policies and procedures. Ongoing support is an essential component to this solution. The solution will automate and track the process from the point of receiving an application for sponsorship and scholarship to issuing a requisition for payment.
