The intent and purpose of this invitation to bid is to establish an annual requirements contract for providing all work, services, technical expertise, materials and/or supplies normally associated with the electrical testing and corrective maintenance of all electrical systems including transformers, switchgears, circuit breakers, protective relays, VFDs, drives, ATSs and feeder cables for Arlington Water Utilities Water Treatment Division Facilities. All work, services, materials, equipment and supplies shall be performed or provided on an
“as needed” basis
, as requested by the Utility Representative or designee.
