Draft Screening Information Request (SIR) Common Support Services-Flight Data (CSS-FD)

This announcement is to issue the 2nd Draft Screening Information Request (SIR) for the Federal Aviation Administration’s (FAA) Common Support Services – Flight Data (CSS-FD) program. This draft posting is for information and planning purposes only and is not a guarantee that a Final SIR will be released. All draft SIR sections are still in draft form and subject to change.

Responses to the 2nd Draft SIR will be used for informational purposes only. The FAA is not seeking or accepting unsolicited proposals. Responders are advised that the FAA will not pay for any information received or for administrative costs incurred in preparing a response to the 2nd Draft SIR. Any costs associated with responding to the 2d Draft SIR are solely at the interested vendor’s expense.

SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS

Interested parties must provide responses in writing. Responses must be in common electronic readable format (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or PDF), single-spaced, in Time New Roman 12 Font.

Responses must be submitted electronically no later than 4:00 PM EST on December 23, 2024 to the Contracting Officer, Maria Ashby at Maria.J.Ashby@faa.gov. The responses to this 2nd Draft SIR will be used for information purposes only and will not be released, except as required under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA). Any proprietary or confidential information contained in the 2nd Draft SIR submissions must be appropriately marked. Proprietary information that is appropriately marked will be protected in accordance with FOIA. Additionally, providing a response to this 2nd Draft SIR neither qualifies respondents for, nor excludes respondents from, responding to a resulting Final SIR, if any.

Questions regarding the 2nd Draft SIR must be emailed to the CO. The inquiry and any subsequent response will not be considered part of the market survey response. Phone calls will not be accepted.
