Adobe PDF Services Accessibility APIs

The State of Ohio - Department of Administrative Services (DAS) is soliciting for a solution which facilities the agency use of the Adobe PDF Services Accessibility APIs.

Please be sure to include the state contract number in the contract column of the grid, if applicable.

Completion of the grid is required and will be considered the response for evaluation.

Completion of the questionnaire is required and will be considered as part of the response for evaluation.

The State Standard Terms and Conditions apply to this solicitation.  No additional terms and conditions will be accepted.

If there is a license agreement and/or privacy policy, please attach a copy to your response.

Selection will be based on the highest score per the attached scoring criteria.

DAS may execute a written contract with the awarded supplier.

All responders to this solicitation must be fully registered as a Supplier to do business with the State of Ohio.  Please follow all steps below to be fully registered.

All suppliers should register as a Payee at https://ohiopays.ohio.gov/.  OhioPays is the system where businesses and individuals monitor payments and update their profile when needed.

Suppliers must be properly registered with the Ohio Secretary of State by navigating to https://www.ohiosos.gov/businesses/

At its sole discretion, DAS may renew these services for up to two additional one-year term(s) subject to the satisfactory performance of the selected supplier and the needs of the State.
