Description
Yorkson Community Park (YCP) is located at 20591 84 Ave in the Township of Langley. As part of a Corporate Project to deliver several new amenities to the park, the project team envisioned a new central park washroom building, and potentially (optionally) a new change room building to be provided to the site. It is desired to partly screen the mass of the building(s) within a conceptual berm within the park. The berm will function as viewing space for baseball games but also screen the buildings from occupying the bulk of the view within the park green space.
