This solicitation is for the repair and maintenance of the Sand Blasting System at the Allied Trades Shop, CSMS, for Camp Blanding Joint Training Center (CBJTC) in Starke, Florida. It is anticipated that the repairs will begin on or around April 1, 2025. The anticipated date for the completion of the work is expected to be May 1, 2025. A two-year maintenance contract shall be for quarterly inspections and maintenance of the system. The two-year contract will begin on the date that the system has a proper start-up and training provided by the contractor has occurred (Substantial Completion).
All bids shall include a complete breakdown of the materials, labor, maintenance contract, and include a preliminary schedule (to be modified once under contract). Completion time may be a factor in consideration.
