• Price quote must include price of each trailer along with all dealer specifications of the quoted unit.
• Bidders are encouraged to include web links to their specific trailer being offered.
• Bidders must indicate if any or all of the requested trailers are in-stock or will be back ordered. If units are back ordered, bidder must provide estimated fulfillment date.
• If bidder cannot provide all 3 requested units they must indicate that. Partial fulfillment may be acceptable.
• Bids must come direct from dealers. Title transfers from dealer to intermediary to ODNR Division of Forestry are not acceptable.
• Ohio Division of Forestry is exempt from State of Ohio sales tax.
Delivery: Ohio Division of Forestry can pick up the trailers from most Ohio dealership locations. Out of Ohio bidders must include separate line item for delivery of all units to: 2731 Stoney Creek Rd, Chillicothe, OH 45601.
