The Cambridge Housing Authority invites sealed proposals for the provision of supportive health/wellness services at Frank J. Manning Apartments (237 Franklin Street, Cambridge, MA 02139). Manning Apartments is home to 205 households and is part of CHA’s formerly federal public housing portfolio for elderly/disabled individuals. Roughly 87% of households are Manning are 58+ and roughly 13% are younger and have at least one disability.
The CHA seeks qualified social service and healthcare organizations (“Vendor”) with demonstrated experience delivering trauma-informed, culturally responsive supportive services in housing or community-based settings, and with familiarity with the Cambridge community. Vendors are invited to partner together with other organizations for their bids, but the CHA requests a primary general contractor for the Vendor who undertakes full responsibility for potential subcontractor(s).
