Notice of Intent- Annual Maintenance

This is a Special Notice. The U.S. Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), intends to award a sole source Purchase Order with options to EMS TECHNOLOGIES pursuant to FAR 13.302, Purchase Orders. All communication regarding this posting shall be in writing and received on or before 10:00 am (ET) March 31, 2025. Point of contact is Naomi Collier at Naomi.S.Collier@dea.gov . The proposed order is for Annual Preventative Maintenance for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate only with EMS TECHNOLOGIES, 985 WAUGH CHAPEL WAY, STE L GAMBRILLS, MD 21054. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 811310. THEAUTOMATED LOGIC AUTOMATION SYSTEM IS PROPRIATARY IN BOTH SOFTWARE AND EQUIPMENT AND EMS IS THE FACTORY DESIGNATED REP FOR REQUIRED AREA. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotation. A Request for Quotation (RFQ) is not available. This is not a Request for Quotation (RFQ).
